(US) I'm about to vomit. My checking account is overdrawn by ($500,977.00)

Good morning. I just got off of the phone with my bank and they're refusing to give me any information about my account because of a "FCC Confidential Hold".I woke up this morning to my daily available balance email, which should've told me I had around $2k from my payroll that went in last night but it told me my account is overdrawn by half a million dollars. I can't login to my internet banking, the bank has disabled my login.Can someone help me understand what a FCC Hold is and why I am overdrawn by $500k?
